By using Elevora, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
What we provide
Elevora builds and hosts professional websites for local businesses. Our service is offered on a subscription basis, with an upfront setup fee and ongoing monthly hosting and maintenance.
Fees and billing
The Business Growth plan is billed as a $430 setup fee plus $59 per month, processed securely through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
Refunds
The setup fee is non-refundable once work has begun. Subscription fees already charged are not refunded, but cancellation will stop future charges.
Your content
You retain ownership of all text, images, and branding you provide. We may remove your website from our servers if your subscription is cancelled.
Limitation of liability
Our service is provided as-is. Elevora is not liable for any business losses, missed opportunities, or third-party issues beyond our reasonable control.
